| well.. i'm sitting crosslegged in the backseat of my parents' truck about 20 miles away fom albuqurque and we'll probably be there by the time i finish this. we're heading to silver city for my grandpa's 80th birthday. i'm excited to see everyone who i haven't seen for at least a couple of years. mom and i were wondering what grandpa would say about my hair.. since it's the most dramatic i've ever had it color-wise (dark bronze/burgandy with blonde highlights.. it's fun)
about the only cousin i've stayed in touch with recently is my cousin kurt who is living in washington right now. he's interning at a church/ministry there.. i'm really looking forward to giving my big bearlike cousin a hug!
so yeah.. life is good. got most of my stuff moved into the condo thursday and friday... but have basically been living outta boxes until we left yesterday morning. i am really thankful for the place..good location.. only takes 6 minutes to drive to work!..i feel safe there... i know some people who live there as well.. someday if i feel like it i may put up pictures.. right now the only rooms i could show would be the bathrooms.. it's a lot easier to put up a shower curtain and throw down a couple of rugs than put together my bed..
anywho this typing on my phone stuff is getting old..my stomach isnt caring for it a whole lot.. later! |
